Cold Summit Development leases our spaces directly to users who might prefer to self-operate or bring in their own operator. We design for building efficiency to offer a significant operational savings compared to traditional cold storage, per-pallet rates.

We work hand in hand with our customers to tailor our spaces to their specific requirements including racking, MHE, office and welfare space build outs.  We also offer value added service capabilities such as blast freezing and fumigation.
