Triple Freeport Zone

The Freeport Exemption is a tax exemption for business personal property tax on inventory that is held within the State of Texas for 175 days or less from the date manufactured in, acquired in, or transported into the State of Texas. The Freeport Exemption, administered by the Texas Comptroller of Accounts, is most valuable when it falls in a Triple Freeport zone, providing distributors with inventory tax exemptions at the City, County, and School District levels.

Multi-tenant, flexible-temperature design

Cold Summit facilities are designed to be flexible over the life of the building. Dallas I can accommodate up to four tenants. Each suite is divisible into multiple temperature zones from -20F to 55F.

Cold Summit Dallas I has three suites of +/- 52.6k SF, and one suite or +/- 105k SF.  Each suite has 3,500 SF of office space and 1,680 SF of battery charging.
